All court bookings are made through the Playtomic App – You can download it for free on the App Store or Google Play store. Just sign up, press ‘Book a court’ and find Pure Padel Alderley Park to schedule your court time.

You can play between 0600 – 2200 every day. Please note, if you play between 0600-0900, you will need a code to access the club (your unique gate code can be found on your booking confirmation on Playtomic) and the floodlights will turn on automatically, 10 mins prior to court time.

You can cancel your booking more than 24 hrs before your game for a full refund. If it is raining, you can cancel it within 24 hours – please call our landline or email info@purepadelclubs.co.uk with your Playtomic name, email address, and court booking time. You can join ‘open matches’ with people with a similar ranking as you on the Playtomic App. You can also join Pure Padel Alderley Park’s WhatsApp group and communicate with players. Please ask the club to be granted access. You can also come down to a social session to meet new people- book under Pure Padel’s activities in the Playtomic app.

We are located opposite the Everybody Leisure Centre in Alderley Park. Follow signs to Glasshouse upon arrival at Alderley Park and please park at the Glasshouse Car Park.

Yes, there is free parking onsite for 2 hours. Please park at the ‘Lower Glasshouse Car Park.’ If you stay longer than 2 hours, take your ticket to the Everybody Leisure Gym reception where they will validate it for you.

We recommend getting to the site 10 mins before your booking to avoid missing out on any valuable court time!

You can use the toilet, changing and shower facilities at Everbody Leisure Centre, located opposite the padel club.

We have a vending machine where you can buy water, energy drinks, protein shakes and protein bars. If you would like a pre/post-match coffee, smoothie or bite to eat, you can go to the state-of-the-art café in the Glasshouse, less than a two-minute walk to the padel club!

We are a cashless venue. You will be asked to pay after your lesson where the coach will take your card payment.

Yes, we have rental racquets available to rent free of charge at all times. They will be located in a box next to the clubhouse. On leave please kindly return them to the box.

If you book a group session or a private lesson, we will provide you with balls. We sell balls in the vending machine.
